Cardio Kickboxing

All new cardio program available at Quest Karate.

This program will improve your cardiovascular endurance, develop coordination, develop muscle and burn fat.  Cardio Quest is a combination of Karate moves and Aerobics.  This is a self-paced class.  You do not need to be in great shape to start this class.  Please check with your physician before starting any exercise program.

Monday:  7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Tuesday:  9:30 AM - 10:30 AM

Wednesday:  7:00 - 8:00 PM

Thursday:  9:30 AM - 10:30 AM

Friday:  6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
